Once your online order is formally processed you will receive an order confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. MST.

We make every effort to process and ship online orders in a timely manner, however, due to supply chain and stocking issues some of our products are experiencing increased lead times.

RLE’s offices are closed in observance of the following US holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
